BIKES FOR THE HOLIDAYS
Since its inception, Bikes for the Holidays has gifted joy and adventure to over 400 Littles and children on the waitlist across Central Kentucky. Each year, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass (BBBSBG) partners with generous sponsors and donors to provide bikes and helmets, promoting healthy habits and creating cherished holiday memories. We extend our heartfelt thanks to past sponsors for their incredible support in making this program a success. Together, we’re giving kids the gift of freedom and possibility, one bike at a time. For more than 100 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters has operated under the belief that inherent in every child is the ability to succeed and thrive in life. As the nation’s largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 6 through 18, in communities across the country. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.
